Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using tracked delivery through Australia Post, except where untracked delivery is selected.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Post options are available at checkout if you need your order faster.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries outside Australia. Delivery times vary by region — typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs delays or import duties may apply in your country; these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
All cards are shipped securely — sleeved, toploaded and protected — to make sure they arrive in the same condition they left us. Sneakers and accessories are boxed and padded for safe travel.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, please reach out at support@baldnstinky.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been shipped, we rely on Australia Post and international carriers to complete delivery. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Special Items
Any pre-order items will be clearly marked and shipped as soon as stock arrives. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
